The RoleWe are looking for a Client Engineer to be the technical partner our Bay Area clients rely on. This is a field-based, hybrid role. You will manage your own schedule, drive to client sites across the Bay Area, and own client relationships, not just a ticket queue. Our South San Francisco office keeps the broader team close by. Mileage is reimbursed.
This is hands-on client IT engineering, not a remote-only help desk.

- Troubleshoot at the infrastructure layer: Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, networking, and endpoint management across multiple client environments
- Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and executives, and document as you go
What We Are Looking For- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting networks, servers, endpoints, and identity, whether onsite or remote
- Three or more years in IT support; multi-client or MSP experience strongly preferred
- Solid Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- A strong communicator who builds trust with clients and can adapt to any audience
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) preferred
- Comfortable driving to client sites across the Bay Area
