We are seeking an additional Client Executive, to support and drive business growth. This role is responsible for driving sales and growth on our Public Sector team. The Client Executive manages and prospects into defined territory accounts, builds and maintains relationships from the operational level through the C-level, and achieves an established quota. This role will report directly to the Head of Public Sector.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas
  • Drive pipeline generation
  • Develop and manage account/territory plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Secure business with new logo clients
  • Foster strong partner and alliance relationships
  • Initiate and complete the sales process including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting, and overcoming objections to close the sale
  • Articulate Fujitsu product and solution differentiation to clients


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience selling solutions to government accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Extensive network of contacts
  • Deep understanding of the business sales cycle of the Canadian Government
  • A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to persuade
  • Capable of handling complex sales with contract options
    • Able to discuss & negotiate contract T&C's
    • Resourceful and able to engage the right people to bring deal to closure
  • Current industry knowledge and experience selling IT Services & Solutions to Public Sector
  • Self-starter with effective cold calling skills; familiarity with sales tools such as Saleforce.com; willing and able to travel
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field


As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Fujitsu aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The base pay range for this position is estimated at $131,880 to $169,560 CAD. Additionally, this role will be eligible for a sales incentive.
