Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL with matching address to hiring area
  • 6 months verifiable experience driving a 53' tractor trailer within the past year, or willingness to start as a trainee
  • No accidents or incidents in the past year
  • No terminations from the last employer

  • Completion of CDL school at least 60 days prior to application
  • No recent graduates accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently across the designated regional area
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies during transportation
  • Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight with round trip loads
  • Communicate status of loads and any issues to dispatch
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections before trips
  • Complete paperwork accurately and promptly as required
  • Participate in company training programs during orientation and ongoing education.

2500-3000 Dedicated miles per week

.44-.54 cpm depending on experience

+$20 for loads under 250 miles

+$10 for first stop and $15 per stop after
