  • Reporting & Communication: Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Communicate site changes and recommend solutions to the Project Manager.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize site operations to enhance safety, quality, and profitability.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager on labour and equipment needs, and with mechanical operations for servicing and repairs.
  • Labour Relations: Ensure compliance with collective agreements and maintain communication with union business agents.

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Experience with difficult access grading and rock work.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
  • Multi-discipline bridge experience an asset.
  • Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
