at our Hamburg or Elysburg Locations (must live in or near Hamburg/Elysburg, PA). TCG's Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCG's service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:- A Great Attitude
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- EIT or PE is preferred, but not required
- Applicant should have strong management skills.
- Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)
Civil Project Manager Job Description:- Work from our Hamburg or Elysburg, PA office.
- Experienced (5-15 years)
- Client Management experience
- Must be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:
- PADEP NPDES permitting
- Municipal and County Land Development permitting
- PennDOT design and requirement standards
- Municipal/State Stormwater Design standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Maintain good time management skills
