What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering projects, from concept to conclusion. You will serve as a primary client contact while guiding internal teams and supporting the development of junior and mid-level staff.
Key responsibilities:- Lead municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, parks, roads, and drainage)
- Serve as primary client liaison and build long-term client relationships
- Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and Statements of Qualifications
- Ensure quality control, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (related fields will be considered)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas - required
- 6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience, especially in municipal or public infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Commitment to quality, accountability, and client service
