A boutique, fast-paced, extremely busy law firm that specializes in employment law, is seeking an experienced attorney, local to the area, to support the senior attorneys at the firm.The ideal candidate will join a team in providing strategies and in some cases, defend, employers against employee complaints.We offer a very relaxed office atmosphere with a casual dress-code and a low billable hour requirement.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years experience in Civil Litigation
- Employment law experience is a plus
- Must be proficient in Cloud as everything is paperless and have some Excel training
- Pro Law systems, class action and PAGA knowledge is a plus
- Experience in running and defending depositions
- Salary plus bonuses and raises
Work environment: - Fast-paced and very busy. Positive and energetic work environment

- Approximately 20 people in office
- Fully vaccinated preferred, masks throughout office, unless your office door is closed
