Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical proficiency to perform project tasks independently
• Ability to learn and use client and internal software effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Authorized to work permanently in the country without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work and development
