Project Manager Responsibilities: - Review and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Oversee production and prepare comprehensive project documents.

Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience of Site Development, Civil Construction, Land Surveying, Water Rights, etc.
- ABET accredited bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Wyoming Licensed PE
- Colorado Licensed PE or willing to pursue
- Proficient using Civil 3D software for producing plans
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. KL&A is not currently sponsoring visas or in the future.

Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and traverse uneven terrain at construction and job sites for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day), including in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to conduct occasional full day surveying operations including walking, setting survey stakes, and carrying up to 30 lbs. of equipment.
Annual Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
