Civil Engineer
The Opportunity:

As a Civil Engineer, you understand that relationship-building and a keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As a seasoned professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement expertise to impact projects that will modernize and create efficiency across Army's Test and Evaluation networks. We need someone like you who is eager to oversee complex projects that'll enable us to change the world!

As a Civil Engineer on our team, you'll collaborate with engineers from other fields to plan, design, and modify physical infrastructures and sites at Army installations. You will be responsible for compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations as well as managing risks and constraints during infrastructure modernization.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience performing civil engineering for Federal, DoD, or large-scale infrastructure programs
  • 5+ years of experience supporting site development, utilities design, construction oversight, or engineering integration
  • Experience working in multi-site or complex operational environments
  • Experience with development of planning and programming documents for construction, renovation, and improvements of real property and facilities
  • Ability to use business software such as Microsoft 365 applications
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with data analysis platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools such as CATIA , SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D
  • Experience leading small- to medium-sized technically oriented teams
  • Experience with adapting new technology to complex problems
  • Knowledge of Army installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management
  • PE, PMP, or CFM Certifications


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
