Civil Engineer - Project Manager
Land Use Group - Missoula, Montana

We are looking for a client-focused, motivated, and positive individual to join our Land Use Consulting team as a high level project manager.

Successful Project Manager candidates will utilize their experience navigating permitting and government regulations while also maintaining clear communication with their clients and team members. They thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly self-motivated and will have a desire to collaborate with our team to produce the best results. They will also have a track record of successfully multi-tasking while maintaining quality on projects.

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job, and success in this position will be measured by the following:
• Mentor 5 engineers and be responsible for the quality of their work product.
• Assist with developing specific results-oriented goals for EIT's
• Assist in developing onboarding processes for EIT's.
• Understand the budgeting process and establish accurate engineering budgets.
• Actively engage and meet face to face with reviewing agencies.
• Function well within Montana laws in relation to what we do

Qualifications:
• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in MT
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• Project Management experience specific to subdivisions and overall land development.
• Relevant leadership background managing team of Engineers and Project Managers
• Preferred 4-8 years of experience
