We're looking for an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Walnut Creek or Oakland team as an entry-level engineer supporting planning, design, and plan production for site development and infrastructure projects - grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems. You'll work under close supervision on structured, supervised assignments, building foundational civil engineering knowledge and Moffatt & Nichol project workflows. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to learn the fundamentals and grow into more independent design work.

- Assist with preparation of engineering design documents, plans, and specifications under direct supervision

- Collect and organize field data, reports, maps, aerial photographs, and geotechnical and hydrological data

- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Physical Requirements:Majority of work is office based. Some site visits may be required which may necessitate navigating unpaved or natural terrain while carrying equipment.
Base Salary Range:$38.50 to $44.71 per hour based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting the required qualifications in the job description.
Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California markets.
