hybrid role, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects-think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. Please submit a complete application that includes your resume and a short project list.Role accountabilities:- Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
- Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation
Qualifications & Experience:- 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
- Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
- Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Commitment to health and safety
