NeuroPsych Wellness Center, PC - Northern Virginia

NeuroPsych Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Northern Virginia. We offer a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment, along with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in psychological and neuropsychological testing for children and adolescents. This role focuses on diagnostic clarification and cognitive/behavioral assessment, with support from an established multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, including:
    • ADHD
    • Learning disorders
    • Autism spectrum disorders
    • Anxiety and mood disorders
    • Behavioral and emotional concerns
  • Provide clear, timely, and clinically useful testing reports
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists
  • Participate in a well-established testing program alongside a Director of Services, postdoctoral fellows, and advanced externs
  • Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
  • Coordinate care and referrals with community providers as needed

Practice Environment
  • Established outpatient group practice with 30+ clinicians
  • Multidisciplinary care model including:
    • Medication management (Psychiatrists, NPs, PAs)
    • Psychotherapy (licensed therapists)
    • Psychological testing services
    • Interventional treatments (TMS, Spravato)
  • Strong referral base from local providers and community networks
  • Current testing program primarily serves ages 16 and above, with expansion to younger populations

Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist in Virginia
  • Experience conducting psychological testing for children and adolescents preferred
  • Must be ADOS certified
  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
    • Intake evaluations
    • Outpatient mental health setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
  • Full-time salaried position
