Mental Health, Recovery Alberta is inviting applications for the position of a Child Psychiatrist for Central Zone Children's Services.

The Child Psychiatrist will provide service provision on Unit 39, Red Deer Regional Hospital, and the Community Mental Health Clinic.
The successful candidate will provide a scope of practice that includes outpatient clinical support including face-to-face and telehealth consulting and ongoing support to rural community Mental Health clinics in surrounding areas throughout Central Region.
Candidates require recent and relevant experience in all scopes of practice to be performed.

Required Additional Desired Competencies- Recent experience (within the last 12 months) of independent practice where the physician has been the Most Responsible Physician for a wide range of patients.
- Experience within the past 24 months being responsible for after hours inpatient care.
