This is a hybrid outpatient role with flexibility, strong administrative support, and a team-first model designed to help you succeed.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll work with children and adolescents across a wide range of presentations while supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team:
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide medication management with appropriate follow-up
• Treat conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and clinical staff
• Engage families and caregivers as part of the care process
• Provide both in-person and telepsychiatry services
• Maintain documentation within modern EMR systems

Requirements• MD or DO (Psychiatry)
• Child & Adolescent Psychiatry training or fellowship
• Licensed or license-eligible in New York
• Interest in outpatient child & adolescent care
• Collaborative, patient-centered mindset
