For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:Build Enterprise Capability- Design and implement an Enterprise Relationship Management structure that aligns UHN, Clinical, and Operations around shared strategy, accountability, and goals
- Establish consistent roles, processes, reporting, governance, and performance expectations across the enterprise
- Institutionalize relationship knowledge and practices to preserve continuity through leadership transitions
- Build an enterprise view of relationship health and performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Define skill sets, talent profiles, and development requirements for provider-facing roles across UHN, Operations, and Clinical
Drive Performance and Accountability- Establish relationship performance goals and drive accountability across Operations, Clinical, and other enterprise partners
- Define reporting and data signals to monitor operational, clinical, financial, and relationship performance
- Escalate performance gaps, mobilize enterprise resources, and remove barriers to execution
- Identify systemic provider issues and drive enterprise solutions
Lead Governance and Enterprise Execution- Establish clear relationship ownership, decision rights, commitments, and escalation paths
- Ensure enterprise commitments are tracked, delivered, and sustained
- Mobilize UHN, UHG, and Optum capabilities around common relationship strategies
Measures of Success- Relationship durability through contract cycles, leadership changes, market pressure, and industry disruption

Leadership Profile- An enterprise executive with proven relationship management expertise, strong C-suite credibility, and demonstrated ability to build organizational capabilities, establish enterprise accountability, and drive measurable performance across a complex matrix

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in healthcare, provider strategy, network management, enterprise partnerships, relationship management, or business development
- Demonstrated success building or leading an enterprise-wide capability, operating model, or transformation across a large, highly matrixed organization
- Proven experience managing complex provider, health-system, or strategic-partner relationships at the C-suite level
- Demonstrated ability to establish governance, decision rights, performance measures, and cross-functional accountability across organizational boundaries
- Solid understanding of provider economics, healthcare delivery systems, value-based care, clinical and operational performance, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to influence senior executives, align competing priorities, mobilize enterprise resources, and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Demonstrated success identifying systemic issues, managing enterprise risk, and translating relationship strategy into measurable operational, clinical, financial, and growth outcomes
- Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Data, analytics, technology, and AI fluency, including the use of relationship intelligence to improve decisions and performance
- Experience leading and developing senior leaders and building talent capabilities across functions.
- Ability to travel as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications:- MBA, MHA, MPH, or another relevant advanced degree
- Executive leadership experience within a large managed care organization, health system, or diversified healthcare enterprise
- Experience leading enterprise relationship management, strategic partnerships, network strategy, provider engagement, or a comparable enterprise function
- Experience implementing governance models, enterprise reporting, relationship technology, or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to improve affordability, quality, provider experience, growth, innovation, and enterprise value through strategic partnerships

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $300,000-$425,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
