Chief of Staff role at our well-respected, full-service practice in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape the medical direction of the hospital, and make a lasting impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:- Serve as the clinical leader and mentor to associate veterinarians and support staff
- Oversee the medical quality of the hospital
- Collaborate with hospital management on business and operational decisions
- Help develop and implement protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
- Continue practicing veterinary medicine with a reduced caseload to balance leadership duties
Who You Are:- A seasoned veterinarian with strong clinical and surgical skills

- Comfortable making medical decisions and providing strategic direction
