About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, business-savvy Chief of Staff to work directly with and support our Founders - the COO, CEO & CGO. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and can act as a force multiplier for two busy executives running the company together.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, a highly organized project manager, and someone with strong business acumen who can manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without letting anything fall through the cracks.
What You'll Do
Executive Support & Partnership
Serve as a trusted right hand to both Founders, helping prioritize their time, attention, and energy across competing demands
Act as a thought partner on strategic initiatives, providing well-reasoned input grounded in business context
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and agendas for key meetings, board sessions, and external engagements
Represent the Founders' priorities and voice in cross-functional settings when appropriate
Project & Program Management
Own and drive multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet a high bar of quality
Build and maintain systems (trackers, dashboards, project plans) to monitor progress across initiatives and surface risks before they become problems
Translate high-level strategic goals into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines
Coordinate cross-departmentally to remove roadblocks and keep initiatives moving forward
Communication & Coordination
Draft, edit, and refine internal and external communications on behalf of the Founders, including company-wide updates, emails, and presentations
Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, concise summaries and recommendations
Facilitate communication and alignment between the CEO, COO, and leadership team, ensuring consistent messaging and follow-through
Prepare materials and talking points for board meetings, investor updates, and all-hands meetings
Operational & Business Support
Bring strong business acumen to evaluate initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to processes and operations
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Help manage the operating rhythm of the company, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and goal-setting processes
Take on special projects as directed by the Founders, ranging from strategic analysis to operational problem-solving
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, management consulting, business operations, or similar high-accountability strategic/operational role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences (executives, board members, employees)
Proven project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives at once
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball
Strong business acumen and sound judgment; able to think like an owner and connect day-to-day work to broader company goals
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive or confidential information
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists
A proactive, "no task too small" mindset paired with the ability to think strategically
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
