As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the principal strategic partner and force multiplier to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). You will oversee the commercial roadmap, manage operating rhythm, coordinate strategic initiatives from inception to implementation and resolve complex organizational issues to optimize executive focus. This role requires high-impact leadership, cross-functional mediation and the confidence to drive pace and accountability across global and regional teams.
What you'll do
Own and evolve the global operating rhythm, governance frameworks, leadership reviews and communication cadence to maintain line of sight between local sales activity and long-term strategy.
Serve as delegated proxy for the CCO in internal and external forums with authority to represent positions, make operational decisions and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance.
Oversee executive board materials, meeting design and regional engagement visits to ensure leadership discussions translate into actionable development and business outcomes.
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled efficiency tools, automation and emerging toolsets to reduce administrative friction, strengthen decision support and optimize commercial workflows.
