CenterPointe Hospital is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Chief Nursing Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team. Your Impact:

 

As Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic oversight for all nursing services throughout the hospital. You will:

 

  • Lead nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance
  • Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and frontline staff
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and regulatory standards
  • Drive workforce planning, staffing effectiveness, and nursing resource management
  • Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Monitor quality indicators and champion performance improvement initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and leadership development
  • Influence organizational planning, decision-making, and long-term growth strategies
  • Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, safety, and patient-centered care
