Chief Marketing OfficerWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to build and lead the next generation of our marketing organization.
The CMO will have responsibility for both the enterprise brand and the property-level marketing organization, creating a rare opportunity to influence how the company is perceived by clients, prospective clients, residents, employees, prospective employees, industry partners, investors, and the broader marketplace.
The successful candidate will inherit a company whose operational scale, capabilities, and market position exceed the current awareness and perception of its brand. The mandate is to close that gap.

- Hands-on builder: an operator willing to personally engage in messaging, campaigns, analytics, technology, events, organizational design, and problem solving while building the leadership team and infrastructure required for the company's next stage of growth.
The CMO will oversee approximately six corporate marketing professionals and a property marketing organization approaching 100 professionals, with responsibility spanning corporate marketing, property marketing, communications, public relations, digital, content, events, marketing operations, analytics, creative, and brand.
