Job Description
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), you’ll lead the technology our teams rely on every day. That includes the systems employees use, the enterprise applications that run our go-to-market and financial operations, our data platform, our corporate website, and our cloud infrastructure.
You’ll lead through strong domain owners, and you’ll stay close enough to the technology to set standards, weigh plans, and ask the hard questions. You’ll work alongside our product general managers, product AI organization, security team, and Finance.
What you’ll do
Set direction and own the enterprise systems estate
- Set priorities for internal technology against company plans, and hold each domain accountable for delivery.
- Own our enterprise applications, from CRM and marketing automation through ERP and financials, including the quote-to-cash flow between them.
- Guide enterprise and data architecture, and lead the integration and data engineers who build it.
- Run one intake, change-control, and planning cadence so a change in one system doesn’t break another.
Lead operations, data, and IT
- Lead Enterprise Systems and Revenue Operations, aligning systems ownership with operating responsibility for the go-to-market stack.
- Lead Cloud Operations across corporate and production environments (AWS and Azure), including availability, performance, cost, and security posture.
- Lead IT and end-user services: service desk, endpoints, identity and access, Microsoft 365, and Workday administration.
- Own our Snowflake data platform and integrations, with access governance set jointly with Finance.
- Own the corporate website, including development, vendor relationships, and change control.
Manage risk, spend, and AI
- Partner with our security team: you’re accountable for posture and execution, and they set standards and audit.
- Govern internal process automation and AI agents, including approval gates and production-readiness review, in coordination with the product AI organization.
- Own the technology budget and major vendor relationships, including planning, negotiation, and ROI.
- Build and retain a high-performing team with a clear owner for every domain.
What you bring
Required
- 15+ years in technology leadership, with growing responsibility for teams, programs, and budgets.
- 8+ years directing technical leaders across multiple disciplines.
- Deep expertise in enterprise and ERP architecture, data modeling, integration, and data engineering.
- Experience across enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure, leading through domain owners.
- Experience leading large-scale technology transformation and consolidation.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 in a regulated, data-sensitive environment.
- A technical foundation, ideally including early-career engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- SaaS or healthcare experience.
- Hands-on credibility with modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Contract negotiation experience that protects scope and delivers value.
How you work
- You explain technology in business terms. You build trust with product, finance, legal, and executive partners.
- You decide, then hold people accountable. You set direction and empower owners to deliver.
- You respect the budget. You bring the ROI discipline a finance team expects.
