Technology Architecture, Platforms & Modernization
  • Provide senior technical leadership across enterprise architecture, infrastructure, applications, integration, identity, data, cloud, and solution architecture, establishing standards and decision frameworks that support secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
  • Lead technical trade-off and investment discussions across modernization, build-versus-buy decisions, platform consolidation, integration patterns, technical debt, resiliency, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership.
  • Guide the evolution of cloud and hybrid platforms, enterprise integration, data platforms, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities in partnership with data, AI, security, and business leaders.
  • Drive modernization of infrastructure, networks, identity and access management, endpoint and collaboration platforms, monitoring, and operational tooling, supported by disciplined delivery practices such as DevSecOps, automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear business choices, risks, investment implications, and recommended actions for senior stakeholders.

Technology Operations, Digital Workplace & Resilience
  • Provide strategic oversight of enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, end-user services, service management, and the modern workplace, ensuring reliable, scalable, resilient, and productive technology experiences.
  • Establish service standards, operating metrics, and performance expectations, using employee feedback and service insights to continuously improve the technology experience.
  • Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resiliency, and technology adoption efforts while balancing user experience, accessibility, security, scalability, and cost effectiveness.

Security, Risk, Governance & Investment
  • Partner closely with Information Security leadership to maintain a strong enterprise security posture while enabling business agility, ensuring technology operates within established security, privacy, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective technology governance, architecture standards, policies, controls, and risk-management practices that are measurable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise risk appetite.
  • Develop and manage the enterprise technology budget and strategic vendor portfolio, overseeing sourcing, contract negotiations, performance, and investment decisions to maximize business value, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

People & Organizational Leadership
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing technology organization focused on service excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Attract, develop, retain, and succession-plan technology talent capable of supporting current and future business needs, partnering with Human Resources on workforce planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
