Full Job Description

We are currently partnering with a behavioral health hospital in Saint Charles, Missouri that is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a permanent, onsite position.

This role will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including oversight of clinical quality, financial performance, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and strategic growth. The CEO will work closely with the governing body and medical staff to drive operational excellence, ensure accreditation standards are met, and expand service offerings and community partnerships.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading hospital operations and achieving strong patient care outcomes
  • Driving financial performance and business development initiatives
  • Maintaining licensure, accreditation, and regulatory compliance
  • Building and developing high-performing leadership teams
