Surfside Laundry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead and oversee operations across our five locations, including two in Panama City Beach, FL, one in Destin, FL, one in Foley, AL, and one in Robertsdale, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial laundry management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to drive growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all facilities.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for all five Surfside Laundry locations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Lead a diverse team of managers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and capital investments effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Requirements- Proven experience in commercial laundry operations at an executive or senior management level.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Willingness to travel periodically between locations.
