Qualifications

• Previous CEO or COO with growth experience through the $30MM - $75MM revenue range; experience past the $100MM level is a plus.
• Ability to inspire and lead transformational change within teams.
• Experience managing a staff of 50-200 individuals.
• Background in USA consumer markets, particularly in professional training and eLearning.
• Experience managing global, remote, distributed teams.
• Preferred alignment with Eastern / Central time zones for interactions with US and European teams.
• Demonstrated job stability and strong past references.
• Expertise in people management, process optimization, technology adaptation, and budget management.
• Commitment to personal development and mentoring individuals for improvement.
• Highly educated, with a degree, MBA, or PhD.
