Chief Estimator
Maui, Hawaii | ELCCO Electrical Construction

We are seeking a strategic, high-impact leader to oversee our preconstruction and estimating function. This is more than a Chief Estimator role - it is an opportunity to influence how we pursue work, build teams, protect margins, and support long-term company growth.

We are looking for someone who combines deep design/build and electrical estimating expertise with leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build scalable systems and processes.
What You'll Lead
  • Lead ELCCO's estimating and preconstruction function
  • Drive bid strategy, pricing quality, and backlog discipline
