Chemistry Lab ManagerWe are hiring for Chemistry Lab Manager for a well known large hospital. Responsibilities include:
- Ensure quality of testing and clinical services in compliance with established standards including ensuring safe employee / patient environment.
- Direct and supervise tests performed by Chemistry Scientists and interprets results for physicians and provide advise on follow-up tests, as needed.
- Oversee Quality Control Program and prepare reports for the management and establish Quality Assurance Program to review technologists performances, compliances, Quality Control and test results.
- Take initiatives for effective utilization of laboratory / IT software
- Hire and train laboratory staff and be responsible for effective performance management
Requirements - Atleast 4-6 years relevant experience
- BS degree in healthcare discipline
- ASCP or NCA Certification
