Chef exécutif(ve)

En tant que Chef exécutif(ve), vous serez responsable de la vision culinaire et de l'ensemble des opérations alimentaires de plusieurs points de service sur un important campus universitaire de la région de Québec. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de l'offre alimentaire, l'optimisation des opérations et la promotion de pratiques durables, tout en assurant les plus hauts standards de qualité, de sécurité et de satisfaction client.

Responsabilités liées au poste

  • Superviser les opérations culinaires de plusieurs sites et assurer le respect des standards de qualité et d'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Développer des menus innovants, équilibrés et adaptés aux besoins d'une clientèle diversifiée.
  • Gérer la planification des menus, l'établissement des coûts et la stratégie de tarification.
  • Assurer la gestion des achats, des inventaires, de la réception des marchandises et des activités de production alimentaire.
  • Planifier, gérer et respecter les budgets d'exploitation.
  • Contrôler les coûts de nourriture et de main-d'œuvre afin d'assurer une gestion efficace des ressources.
  • Participer activement au développement d'initiatives culinaires durables et responsables.
  • Encadrer, mobiliser et développer les compétences de l'équipe de cuisine.
  • Identifier les besoins de formation et accompagner le développement des talents.
  • Réaliser des présentations et démonstrations culinaires lors d'événements spéciaux.
  • Garantir la production d'aliments de haute qualité dans un environnement à grand volume.
  • Promouvoir une culture de santé et sécurité au travail où le bien-être des employés est une priorité.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des opérations et à tout autre projet connexe.


Qualification

  • 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de restauration ou de services alimentaires à grand volume
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) constitue un atout
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Excellentes aptitudes en leadership
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et de méthode dans l'exécution des tâches quotidiennes
  • Certification MAPAQ en hygiène et salubrité alimentaires
  • Diplôme en gestion des services alimentaires, en technologie de la diététique ou DEP en cuisine institutionnelle
