• Collaborate with partners to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and facilitate opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Joint Go-to-Market Execution

• Execute co-sell engagements aligned with regional priorities and business objectives.
• Enable partner teams on WOW!'s products, value propositions, messaging, and sales motions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to execute coordinated campaigns and advance opportunities.
• Support partner-led initiatives that increase market presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Work cross-functionally with senior WOW! stakeholders to strengthen partner relationships and improve joint execution.

Consultative & Solution Selling

• Clearly communicate WOW!'s differentiated value proposition and demonstrate ROI to customer decision-makers.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer and partner needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Use market insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen positioning.
• Contribute partner and market insights to support industry strategies, product development, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Provide input into the evolution of WOW!'s product roadmap, partner programs, and business processes.

Commercial Strategy & Negotiation

• Independently structure and negotiate moderately complex agreements within established program guidelines.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and other commercial terms while balancing partner and company objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop scalable, repeatable deal structures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure agreements support long-term business performance and strategic priorities.
