Full Job Description
Why This Role Matters

We're hiring a Channel Manager, Dealer to take full ownership of ZOLEO's dealer and retail channel across North America. This is your channel to build, run, and grow - the strategy, the relationships, and the results all sit with you.

It's one of the biggest open opportunities in our go-to-market organization today: significant opportunity to grow and develop an existing channel that has played an important role in our business for several years. We believe there is substantial opportunity to invest further into this channel and find new opportunities across the dealer space

This is a builder's role in a fast-moving environment: you'll wear the hat of an account manager, a strategist and a deal-closer, often in the same week. We reward people who drive results, for this reason, there's genuine opportunity over time to expand your remit into other parts of the go-to-market organization which is why experience thriving in fast-moving, environments matters as much as channel expertise itself.

What You'll Do
  • Rebuild and Grow the Dealer Network. Identify and pursue new dealer opportunities across North America, including big-box and specialty retail, while reinvesting in and re-engaging existing partners where the relationship needs renewed attention.
  • Own the Commercial Relationship. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with dealer and retail partners; develop a strategic business plan for every account, with clear targets for product placement, sell-through, and revenue.
  • Find and Close New Opportunities. Identify partners and dealers aligned with our ideal customer profile and explore new offerings (i.e. bundles)
  • Run Co-Marketing and Promotional Programs. Partner with marketing to plan promotional strategy, budgeting, and campaigns that drive sell-through and keep ZOLEO visible at point of sale.
  • Manage Third-Party Sales Agency Relationships. Own the relationship with third-party sales agencies - keeping them aligned with our strategy, trained on our value proposition, and accountable to performance targets.
  • Coordinate Across the Business. Liaise with finance and operations as needed to keep dealer orders, terms, and fulfillment running smoothly.
  • Own and Report Against KPIs. Track dealer revenue, sell-through and account health; report progress against clear targets and adjust your plan based on what the data tells you.
  • Bring an AI-First Approach to the Work. Use AI in your day-to-day - for prospecting, account research, proposal development, and reporting; you always think AI-first
  • Improve How the Channel Operates. Bring a builder's mindset to the role: flag what isn't working, propose better processes, and treat the channel playbook as something you're actively building, not inheriting.

What You Bring
  • A Track Record of Building Channel Programs, Not Just Running Them. You've built and delivered on a dealer or retail channel strategy before - not just executed someone else's plan.
  • Comfort in Fast-Moving, Resource-Lean Environments. You've thrived in a startup or scale-up setting where you had to build the playbook as you went, and you're energized by that kind of ambiguity.
  • A Scrappy, Deal-Closing Instinct. You're motivated by getting to "yes" with a dealer and don't need a fully-formed process to go find the next opportunity.
  • Genuine Relationship-Building Skill. Dealers and retail partners trust you quickly, and you turn that trust into renewed and expanded commitments over time.
  • Comfort Wearing Multiple Hats. You can move between selling into a new dealer, managing an existing account, shaping a co-marketing plan, and scoping a bundling partnership - sometimes all in the same week.
  • AI Already in Your Daily Workflow. AI is already part of how you prospect, plan, and report - this isn't theoretical for you, and it's an expectation for every role at ZOLEO.
  • Genuine Accountability for Results. You've owned revenue or channel KPIs directly, not just influenced them, and you're comfortable being measured against clear targets.

Strongly Preferred
  • Specialty Channel Experience. Experience in outdoor or another specialty retail/dealer environment.
  • Partnership Deal-Making. Experience negotiating or launching co-branded or bundled product partnerships.

What We Offer
  • Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 CAD base salary
  • Flexible Work. A hybrid model; balancing collaboration and lifestyle flexibility.
  • Comprehensive Benefits. Health, dental, and flexible spending accounts tailored to your needs.
  • Time to Recharge. Vacation and sick days to help you rest, recharge, and stay well.
  • Growth Investment. A continuous learning environment backed by a professional development budget.
  • Inclusive by Nature. A values-driven workplace where diverse perspectives are celebrated.
