Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the planning and execution of change management strategies for our federal clients. In this role, you will help drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational practices by developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Change Planning: Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and implementation plans that support program goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by change; support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Content Creation: Design and create engaging training materials, user guides, and communication resources (newsletters, FAQs, presentations) for end users.
Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of changes on business processes and organizational culture.
Performance Tracking: Track and measure the success of change management initiatives using adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure change management activities are effectively integrated into the overall project schedule.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 0-4 years of experience in change management, business consulting, or organizational development.
Technical and Professional Skills:
. Understanding of foundational change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
. Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, collaboration platforms).
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
. Experience supporting large scale technology implementations or digital transformations.
. Experience working with federal government clients.
. Knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) for communication materials.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,000.00 $136,200.00.
