Position Description:

CGI Federal is looking for a Change Management Analyst to support the implementation of change management strategies for our federal clients. You will develop and execute plans to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.

This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans.
Support stakeholder analysis and communication efforts.
Create training materials and resources for end users.
Track and measure the success of change management initiatives.
Work with project managers to ensure that change is effectively integrated into project plans.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
0-4 years of experience in change management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Experience in large scale change initiatives.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,000.00 $136,200.00.
