Overview

We are looking for a key strategic partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Americas Investment Banking division. As Vice President, Change Execution Manager, you will be responsible for leading critical, high-impact programs that drive business growth, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and enhance efficiency across the division.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive and strategic leader to deliver significant results across key areas:

Business Growth initiatives: Drive the creation and expansion of new trading opportunities, contributing directly to the division’s strategic targets

Regulatory & Compliance projects: Ensure the Investment Banking division is robustly positioned to meet and exceed mandatory industry regulations, mitigating risks and safeguarding our operations

Efficiency & Control Improvements: Lead technical upgrades and process enhancements to optimize operations, enhance controls, and adapt to an evolving marketplace

What You’ll Do

  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the front office and infrastructure functions
  • Influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and resources
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing risk management plans
  • Oversee program budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects

How You’ll Lead

  • Lead large, complex programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely, on-scope and on-budget execution
  • Develop and manage key program documentation, including business requirements, timelines, RAID logs, and governance structures

Skills You’ll Need

  • Experience managing significant change initiatives with multiple stakeholders with differing priorities (ideally in Investment Banking but not critically)
  • Knowledge/ understanding of Investment Banking business areas (the products; clients and their motivations)
  • Collaborative and disciplined approach to program management combined with proven ability to work dynamically and with agility across multiple functions to deliver critical outcomes to pre-agreed plans

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured solutions in diverse business contexts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170K to $190K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
