What You Will Do
  • Support organizational change management, communications, and workforce readiness activities for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and organizational impact evaluations.
  • Develop communication materials, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, training content, and engagement resources.
  • Coordinate readiness activities, stakeholder outreach, workshops, and employee engagement events.
  • Support development and execution of communication campaigns and adoption initiatives.
  • Assist with training planning, train-the-trainer activities, and workforce enablement efforts.
  • Track readiness metrics, stakeholder feedback, and adoption indicators.
  • Maintain change management documentation, action plans, and reporting artifacts.
  • Support governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Help identify risks to adoption and recommend mitigation strategies.


What You Will Need
  • Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST".
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Three(3) to Five(5) years of experience supporting change management, communications, workforce readiness, training, or organizational transformation efforts.
  • Experience developing communications products and supporting stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Must be able to go to travel to client site when needed.
  • Will work from the Guidehouse office in Arlington, VA.


What Would Be Nice to Have
  • Prosci or other change management certification.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, workforce modernization, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Familiarity with adoption metrics, surveys, and readiness assessments.
  • Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments.
