Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With significant recent accomplishments and an ambitious vision for the future - including plans for a
new inpatient facility - this organization is positioned for an exciting period of growth.

strategic, forward-thinking financial leader who can help turn that vision into reality!
THE OPPORTUNITY: - Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term sustainability.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
- Provide financial leadership for expansion projects, capital investments, and new facilities.
- Strengthen financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Support operational leaders in maximizing resources, improving performance and expanding services.
- Help shape the financial future of an organization making a meaningful difference in its community.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Proven senior financial leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, behavioral health or nonprofit organizations.
- Strong financial planning, operational finance, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Experience navigating complex funding, reimbursement, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive teams and Boards.
- A collaborative, hands-on leader who can balance financial discipline with a growth mindset.
