Job Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial leadership to clients across multiple industries, including nonprofit entities.
- Lead development and execution of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and policy compliance.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities; manage investor and donor relations.
- Oversee risk management, regulatory alignment, and technology integration to improve operations.
- Mentor finance team members and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA, CMA, MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance/accounting consulting experience with strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology integration.
- Proven leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Preferred but not required nonprofit experience; broad industry exposure across multiple sectors.
