Responsibilities

  • Join a team of 3 Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs in a Care Team Model
  • Administer anesthesia for an average of 4000 surgical cases annually
  • Provide anesthesia services in a range of specialties without involvement in Neuro, Trauma, Hearts, or Peds
  • Work two 16-hour shifts in the first week and three in the second week of each biweekly cycle
  • Ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive and established environment

Job Summary:

**FULL-TIME WEEKDAYS - NO WEEKENDS**

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a CRNA to join the established and supportive team at HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a fulltime, W-2 position covering weekdays, rotating 16 hr. shifts, no weekends.

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

-Care Team Model of 3 General Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs covering 7 ORs plus 7 NORA sites of service.

-Average annual surgical volume is 4000 cases and approximately 400 births.

-Mix of cases including bread and butter, General, Orthopedics, Bariatric, OB, GYN, Endo, Plastics and Reconstructive. No Neuro. No Trauma. No Hearts. No Peds.

-CRNAs are able to practice with autonomy and at the top of their license in a collaborative environment.

-Fulltime, schedule of 80 hrs. biweekly. No nights. No weekends.

-Week 1: two 16 hr. shifts

-Week 2: three 16 hr. shifts

Incentive/Benefits Package:

-Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium pay rate if clinician offers to pick-up additional shift(s).
