Participate in a fully employed anesthesia care model
Administer anesthesia in a variety of surgical cases
Utilize Epic health record and state-of-the-art operating rooms
Provide care in a Level 3 Trauma Center
Engage in light call shifts as assigned
Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes

Join the CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team, a fully employed care team model in beautiful Santa Fe, NM.
Shift based model
Level 3 Trauma
Dynamic case mix - no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants
Epic health record and state of the art ORs
Annual Base Salary at $265,000
Flat rate for what is typically light call shifts (24 hr, weekend) above base salary
Additional bonus opportunities including annual $5k Quality Incentive, one-time $20k sign on and relocation bonus, $30k retention bonuses for each two-year commitment beyond year one.
CME and licensure allowance $5k annually
Approx. 6 weeks time off plus holidays and CME time

Requirements:
