full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our affiliated partner,
Dr. Hyler & Associates, serving the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park
About Practice:Dr. Hyler & Associates is a well-established, serving women and families in the Jacksonville area since 1996, and it has always been our mission to provide outstanding services while emphasizing one-on-one personal care and attention with our specialists.
- Locations: Three office sites - Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming Island
- Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital
- Team structure: 6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMs
- Call schedule: Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives; Contracted for 6 call days per month
- Patient volume: 18 -23 patients per day

- Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary Year 1: $90k+

Requirements:- AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
- Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
- Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
- Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
- CPR and NALS Certification
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Labor and delivery experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
