Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) to support our technical writing, report development, and project review needs. This position can be performed remotely.
Our ideal candidate also has an entrepreneurial mindset: someone based in a key metropolitan market who wants to develop client relationships and help establish a local TES presence, supported by an existing consulting team.
The OpportunityYour initial focus will be supporting TES's existing project workload through technical writing and review. You will work with our project managers and field professionals to turn field observations and sampling data into clear, accurate reports with practical recommendations.
As that working relationship develops, there is an opportunity to help grow TES's business in your region. We are interested in candidates who enjoy both delivering quality consulting work and building lasting client relationships.
What You Will Do- Prepare and review industrial hygiene reports, exposure assessments, and related technical documents.
- Evaluate sampling data, methods, findings, and recommendations for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Work with project teams to resolve information gaps and strengthen deliverables before submission.
- Provide technical guidance on project scope, sampling strategies, and client questions.
- Help improve report templates, consistency, and technical quality.
- Identify regional opportunities, develop client relationships, and support proposals and project delivery as the role grows.
What We Are Looking For- Current Certified Industrial Hygienist credential.
- Experience preparing and reviewing client-facing industrial hygiene reports.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
- A practical consulting approach that connects findings to useful client recommendations.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a regional practice.
- Consulting experience and established professional relationships in your market are preferred.
