Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper-extremity rehabilitation who values evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and professional growth.
- Evaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity injuries and conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient education
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Communicate with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical team
- Participate in continuing education and specialty skill development
Qualifications- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
- Washington State PT or OT license (or license-eligible)
- Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Experience with return-to-work cases preferred
