What We Offer Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base compensation: $235k - $270k
- Working 6-8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually
- $45k sign-on bonus and future retention incentive packages available

QualificationsRequired: - Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
- Eligibility for Nevada licensure
- Must meet hospital credentialing requirements

- Demonstrated knowledge, competence, and experience across multiple specialties
- Interest in practice leadership and development
