Center Sales Director, Greater Chicago (Floater)

Center Sales Director
The Opportunity

This isn't your typical management role. As a Center Sales Director at EWC Growth, you'll lead the business, develop a winning team, and create a guest experience that is elevated and unique to each guest.

You'll own the day-to-day success of your center-from sales and team performance to talent development and operations. As the senior leader on-site, you'll set the energy, establish expectations, celebrate wins, and coach your team to reach the next level.

If you're a competitive, people-first leader who loves developing talent, driving results, and building a high-performance culture, this could be your next big move.
Your Earning Potential

Great leadership should be rewarded.

Our Center Sales Directors earn an average of $80,000-$95,000 annually, with top performers earning even more through uncapped earning potential.

Commissions are paid monthly, so when your center performs, you see the impact.

Build & Lead a Winning Team

Your people are the heart of the business. You'll create a team that's engaged, accountable, and excited to win together.

• Coach your team to strengthen sales, service, and leadership skills
• Deliver regular feedback and performance conversations

• Maintain compliance with training, licensing, HR, and operational requirements
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and payment/EFT processes

What Success Looks Like

The strongest Center Sales Directors are more than managers. They're coaches, business owners, culture builders, and sales leaders.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Love developing people and watching them succeed
• Are energized by goals, metrics, and healthy competition
• Know how to coach sales without losing sight of the guest experience
• Lead with confidence, accountability, and positive energy
• Can move seamlessly between strategy and rolling up your sleeves
