Compensation & Incentives - Earn a base salary of $90,000-100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
What You'll Do as a BCaBA:- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centria's assent-based, child-centered philosophy
