Full Job Description
Location: Danvers, MA, on-site
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM to 5pm
Target Salary: $90,000 Annual

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the individual's experience, education, and internal equity.

Sign-on Bonus
Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 to be paid out over 12 months

Job Summary

The Learning Center (TLC) at Northeast Arc is a center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program serving young children through age 6, with autism and/or Down syndrome diagnoses. TLC provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services in a supportive, engaging, naturalistic, and child-centered environment, designed to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with Behavior therapists and families in home and community settings
  • Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings
  • Develop and monitor individual goals and strategies, analyze data to determine progress and attend IFSP and IEP meetings
  • Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans and attending regular meetings with caregivers

Qualifications:
  • Certification and MA licensure (BCBA/LABA)

  • Experience working with children
  • Strong creative problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable own personal transportation required.
