Target Salary: $90,000 Annual

Sign-on Bonus Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 to be paid out over 12 months
Job Summary The Learning Center (TLC) at Northeast Arc is a center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program serving young children through age 6, with autism and/or Down syndrome diagnoses. TLC provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services in a supportive, engaging, naturalistic, and child-centered environment, designed to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities - Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with Behavior therapists and families in home and community settings
- Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings
- Develop and monitor individual goals and strategies, analyze data to determine progress and attend IFSP and IEP meetings
- Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans and attending regular meetings with caregivers
Qualifications: - Certification and MA licensure (BCBA/LABA)
- Personable, motivated, creative, dependable & ready to accomplish day-to-day challenges
- Experience working with children
- Strong creative problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable own personal transportation required.
- Ability to sit, squat, kneel, stand, and walk for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
