What You'll Do:- Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
- Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth
Requirements:- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
