DescriptionJob Details: We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.
- $85,000 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
- $1,600 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
- Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student's miles while training
- $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
- Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment

Qualifications - Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
- 6 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
Additional Trainer Qualifications:
- Minimum of 30 days with Knight
- Must have at least 60,000 Miles solo & 1 winter season driving OTR
- Must be willing to run a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 1 preventable Incident/Accident
