Description
Enterprise Data Officer
AS the Enterprise Data Officer (EDO) leads the organization's use of data as a strategic asset to improve decision-making, organizational performance, compliance, and mission outcomes. The EDO provides strategic leadership for enterprise data governance, reporting, analytics, performance measurement, information quality, and data strategy, ensuring trusted information and consistent performance measures across the organization. This position ensures organizational data is accurate, reliable, accessible, and appropriately used to support reporting, operations, finance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the EDO partners with operational, clinical, financial, compliance, and technology leaders to advance organizational effectiveness, support informed decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Defined Education: Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Preferences: Experience supporting Workday HCM implementation, optimization, major enhancements, or post-go-live support. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, public sector, governmental, or nonprofit environments preferred
Substitutions: May substitute relevant work experience for education on a year-for-year basis
Years' Experience: Five (5) years
Defined Experience: Progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Management, Organizational Development, or related HR functions. Experience analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting technology implementations, testing system functionality, and facilitating user adoption.
License/Certifications: Valid TX Driver's License; Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
